The housing consisted of about 35,000ft2  of row houses on a site that has extensive views of the greenery and hills around. The 17,000 sq. ft. visitor centre has 7 guest rooms and 2 suites, conference facilities, a restaurant, a private provision shop, and admin facilities for the entire complex. The 18,000 sq.ft. sports complex has an indoor tennis court, an indoor badminton court, two squash courts, a gymnasium, a table tennis room, a billiards room, catering facilities, a bar, and a swimming pool. This was a  design & built project done in association with Shapoorji Pallonji Pvt. Ltd. Our Client, Skoda involved us for constructing the Phase – 1 of their Car manufacturing plant, which subsequently attracted German staff of there’s to Aurangabad. Following the need & demand of the Site our team was responsible for building a Sports Complex, a Visitor’s Centre, 10 Bungalows for the staff & 2 MD’s Bungalow.The Project was commissioned for a year starting from Oct. 2005 to Dec 2006 when it eventually got over.
