This existing society wished to enter into redevelopment with developers Mishal Construction. SDMA drew up plan that integrated the rehab and sale components successfully.
The sale apartments have been give “Sky Gardens” that are two floors in height. Each apartment is meticulously detailed to seamlessly integrate all amenities into an open, airy plan.
The client wished the redevelopment architects to design an efficient plan for both the rehab as well as sale apartments.
