Can Pack, a multinational company in the business of producing aluminum cans and glass bottles for beverages, wished to erect an aluminum can factory on this 20-acre plot in Aurangabad.

The production line was 200m long, with raw material input at one end, and the finished goods produced at the other.

The master plan had to also include a 3,000 m2 (30,000 ft2) electrical yard to supply the power needed for production.
